Mission
Rooted in biblical truth,
accompanying lives in growth,
listening for and responding to God's calling.
Our Value
We honor God's unique leading in each life
and believe that calling is responded to through listening and discernment.
Website Introduction
Spring of Life is a global space rooted in Scripture,
prepared as a steady and quiet place
for those who are growing, exploring direction,
and responding to God's calling.
We do not offer standardized answers for life,
nor do we promote fast-track paths of change.
In the real and often complex circumstances of life,
growth unfolds gradually—
taking root in faith,
forming at a steady pace,
and over time learning to respond to God's calling.
Here,
you are not asked to compare yourself with others,
nor to rush toward outcomes.
You are invited to move forward steadily
within a space where you are respected and seen,
following God's leading in your life.
Name Origin | Spring of Life
The name Spring of Life is drawn from Revelation 21:6:
"He said to me:
'It is done.
I am the Alpha and the Omega,
the Beginning and the End.
To the thirsty I will give water
without cost
from the spring of the water of life.'"
— Revelation 21:6
Spring of Life is not something born of human imagination,
but something received from the grace God gives.
It reminds us that renewal and direction in life
do not come merely from human effort or planning,
but are received through a genuine thirst of the heart.
For this reason, Spring of Life seeks to be a space
that accompanies people back to the Source—
a place to listen, discern, and respond to God's leading.
How We Understand Biblical Leadership
We believe the Bible is God-breathed and trustworthy,
and we also acknowledge that our understanding of Scripture is still growing and being refined.
With this conviction and humility,
what follows is how Spring of Life understands biblical leadership.
What Is Biblical Leadership?
At Spring of Life,
biblical leadership is not first about leading others to success.
It begins with learning to return to God,
to walk under His leading,
and to accompany others in their growth
within a relationship of walking with Him.
Biblical Leadership Begins with God's Shaping Work
Leadership is not about moving ahead of God,
but about learning to follow under His guidance.
Throughout Scripture,
leaders are often shaped by God
in seasons of waiting, obedience,
and the realities of everyday life—
and are sent in His timing.
Biblical Leadership Grows in Relationships Over Time
Biblical leadership is not sustained by position or control,
but unfolds through shared life, companionship,
and entrusted responsibility.
Jesus walked with His disciples
so that their lives might be formed
within relationships grounded in love.
The Direction and Goal of Biblical Leadership
The aim of biblical leadership
is not to bring people to a fixed formula or answer,
but to walk with lives over time—
learning to listen, discern, and respond to God's leading,
and to be gradually formed through His work.
Biblical leadership, then,
is a way of life that returns to God,
moves forward under His guidance,
and seeks the maturing of others through relationship.
